Your Time Is Limited & It’s Terrifying – This Can Increase Your Time!

Today’s blog might terrify you because I’ll be talking about ‘TIME’. So there’s bad news and there’s good news. If you’re not ready for it yet, then don’t read this blog right now! But if you’re ready, read till the end and you’ll not regret it!

Let me start by saying that you have only 7 years to live your dreams!!! Yes, just seven years! You might be wondering how that’s possible. Let me show you how!

Now the average lifespan of a human is ’75 years’ and studies have proven that a human sleeps for about eight hours a day. That’s 30% of their life gone. It’s one-third of your time! So, that would mean you are sleeping for almost 25 years of your life considering the average lifespan as discussed above! So, you’re now left with 50 years!

Now, mobiles, laptops, TVs, computers and similar gadgets have become a considerable part of life and study says that one spends about 4 hours a day doing these activities which would mean 12 years of your life gone into it. Now, there are only 38 years of your life left! You see, ‘Time Flies’ and you haven’t even done anything yet!

Now, let’s consider attending School, College and University where you would be spending an average of 14 years of your life. Again a lot of years have just gone out of your hand! Now you have only 24 years left of your life.

There are also daily survival activities like eating and drinking as well! Right? You need to prepare food and let’s say you’re taking an average of 2 hours per day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That would be 6 years of your life at a minimum that you’re spending on these activities. Now you have only 18 years of your life left. So you see time does fly!

Now let’s consider the first four years of your life when you were still a baby. So, if you remove that from the equation then we are left with just 14 years of life.

Now you’re working and you have to travel a lot from work to home and vice versa, you’re travelling and meeting your friends, you also do activities to entertain yourself. Just travelling alone sometimes takes 2 hours a day and that alone equates to seven years in total! So that means you have only 7 years of your life left with you now and you haven’t even done anything yet! So time flies fast!

So let me ask you this question! How old are you now? Let’s say that you’re 40 years old…that means, 50% of your life is already gone! You probably have just around 3 to 4 years left to really live your dreams. Have you started living your dreams? Maybe you have or maybe you haven’t yet! So you see time does fly and that’s the bad news.

Now coming to the good news, you are the pilot of your life! You choose what you want to do with your life and you choose what you want to do with your time. Let me give you an example!

Have you noticed the rich? They don’t travel a lot. Anything they want to do, they let people come to them rather than them travelling and going to meet people! Why do you think this happens? Well, it’s simple. It’s because just by travelling 2 hours a day, they would be wasting almost 7 years of their life. So the rich use their time wisely.

Let me give you another example. This is a big tip and you can make use of it today. Have you observed that when the rich want to book a meeting with someone, they don’t do it themselves? They actually have someone to do it for them.

Again, you see, they don’t waste their time and instead they have delegated these tasks to others in order to save their time because if they do it themselves, even if it takes them just one hour a day of the time to do it, they would be losing three years of their life.

So that’s why when they want to do something, they partner up with someone and do joint ventures to leverage what other people have already done so they can grow as well.

So my question to you is what are you not good at and what are you willing to leverage to someone to help you grow as well?

When you know that you’re not good at something, why are you spending time learning it when you can just partner up with someone who already has those skills and you can get that time back to do something that you are really good at?

CONCLUSION

So I want you to understand and be aware that time is in your hands now and it’s still not too late to start from wherever you are right now. So if you already know that you’re spending time on activities that are not adding up to your productivity then you know where to actually change, in order to make more time for yourself to succeed.

So, if there are activities that you’re doing which can be done by someone else then you can now start delegating your work so that you can get back those 7 years or more of your life and spend it on something that will help you live your dreams.

Comment below what are some of those activities that you would like to delegate to someone so that you can get your time back and live your dreams!
