If you are someone who wants to generate wealth and achieve that million dollars then this blog is for you! In this blog I’m going to share with you my journey on how I generated “Wealth On Command” to be a million dollar achiever with just three powerful things!
1.Vision:
Now we’ve heard this word a lot of times! So what exactly is vision? Honestly, when I started, I actually didn’t know what vision was. I just thought it was something that I wanted in the future. If I ask you right now “What’s your vision?” maybe you’re thinking the same way as I was! You might be feeling unsure and that’s okay.
If you don’t know what your vision is yet, no problem! I would say; start with what it is today! If I was to ask you “What is that one thing you actually want to do today?” That there is your vision.
You can start from today and with time it will improve and become bigger; It will become this whole aspect of your dreams and that’s absolutely fine! If you know what your vision is already for the next five years that’s also great but I want to share with you why this is important!
So I came to Australia way back in 2006 and my vision at that time was to come to Australia, get the best job and just start a new life. I first decided that I’ll come here only for two years but then I stayed back in Australia even after two years because I was like “Hey this country is great! I love this place and I want to stay much longer!” That means my vision started increasing.
Now, my vision changed too and it was no longer two years but it was to be better day by day in my job and get a better role! So I started working really hard and I started climbing up the corporate ladder and with time my vision became clearer and then all of a sudden I was like you know what “It’s not this. Yes, I’m growing in my job but I really want to have my own business…” and then my whole vision changed by 180 degrees from one aspect to something else!!!
The reason I want you to know this is because if you are confused today about what your vision is, then just start without any worry. With time your vision will expand and now because I did all these steps my vision today is to impact ‘1 Million Lives’ positively everywhere.
I’m absolutely sure that with time even this vision of mine will actually change but how is this related to creating “Wealth On Command” and being a million dollar achiever? You see, when you have a big vision you impact more people and the more people you impact the more wealth you will attract.
Now think about this!!! Wealth might be just money for you or maybe it’s family or maybe it’s love or maybe it’s you know anything that fulfils you. Now, let’s talk about something which is not money related. Let’s say wealth for you is helping others. If your vision is so big to help others then more people will be attracted to you and that way you can actually command wealth in your life. So, this is one aspect.
2. Skills:
Now, coming to the second aspect, you see, in order to make your vision a reality, you need skills! Now along the way, I realised that just having a vision alone is not enough. Yes, it made me work harder; it made me believe in myself but I didn’t know how to do so many things. I wanted to be the best in my job; I wanted to climb the corporate ladder; that was my vision but I needed to learn skills.
So what are the skills I picked up? I learned finance, I learned leadership, I learned people management, I learned how to speak better on stage, I learned how to speak better on camera, I learned how to close deals over the phone, I learned copywriting (How to really write a copy in a great way that it sells).
I learned all these skills but why is that important? If you keep stacking your skills, then what happens to you in a company or in whatever business you do? You become valuable and that’s what attracts wealth to you!
Let me explain this with another story. So what I did personally is when I was in my job, I felt like I needed to go really high up there but I didn’t know how to! So, I learned the skill of “How to sell?” and that was the number one skill that I learned that allowed me to really shoot up in my job. So, I encourage you to really do that as well!
Now let me give you a bit more detail about this story. You see, I wanted to quit my job and create my own business. The number one thing that is required for a business to succeed is bringing in revenue and so I learnt the best skill “How to sell?”
When I started going deep on how to scale up my business, I started stacking up my skills. How to sell on stage, how to sell on a webinar, how to sell face to face… I learned all these right away and that allowed me to win the world champion title and I closed over 1.5 million dollars in sales. It made me attract more wealth and be the million dollar achiever!
3. Value:
So, skills are very important but that alone won’t get you up there. You need number three, which is ‘Value’! Now, what I mean by value, is you see people perceive you from what they believe your value is! If you do something for them, they perceive that the value is higher, that’s what they will actually feel, that you are valuable to them. When you keep doing that, your command for wealth will keep increasing.
So for example, I was in my job for over 15 years and in all those 15 years, I climbed up the ladder multiple times. Now, why did that happen is because every time I did something the perceived value was higher than what I did and that allowed me to go to the next level. When I reached the next level I delivered more value than at the previous level and when I kept doing that I kept growing! So, that was my job.
Now in my business, I do the same thing. When I’m talking to my clients, no matter what I say, if it’s at a lower level, then I make sure that the value they perceive is higher than that. So I deliver at that higher level even though I’m charging at a lower level and that is what makes the deal so irresistible that they will see the value that you deliver.
If you keep doing this; giving more value than you actually say you would, then you’ll start generating a lot of wealth in your life.
CONCLUSION
So, it’s as simple as that! If you want to generate wealth and achieve that million dollars, then just remember these three things: Number one — Vision; Number two — Skills and Number three — Value. This is exactly what I followed in my journey and generated “Wealth On Command” to be a million dollar achiever!
