How to win big in life and business? Have you ever wondered? What does winning big even mean? Today, you will get the answers to all of these questions. Read through till the end and then you can comment below if you got an idea after the read!
I am one of you! Why? Because you see my journey started first with Sifu Dan Lok in 2018 where I had zero sales experience, I was in a job but by 2019 I won the closer of the year award and by 2020 I transitioned out of my job into my full-time business. In 2021 my business grew by 564% and today in 2022 I’m part of “DRAGON 100” and this is my win big journey!!!
So, today I want to share the formula with you. Yes! You read that right! There is a formula to win big in life and in business too!
The formula has three parts to it:
- Win your mind games.
- Win your family support.
- Win your clients over.
So, the formula goes like:
“ Win your mind games + Win your family support + Win your clients over = Win Big ”
If you can do this, then you will win big like I did! I’m going to break this formula down into parts so you can take it and apply it and win big as well.
1.Win your mind games:
You see, when I was in my job, my mind was playing tricks with me all the time. It kept playing in my head: “No you can’t do it!”. There was a lot of self-doubt. I was feeling a lot of pressure on how to quit my job… how to create my own business…?
I was consumed by a lot of self-doubt but I remembered I had a dream! A dream that I wanted to be independent; give back to my family and give back to my community. That’s when I realised and my questioning changed. I had a winning question that I asked myself which allowed me to win the games my mind was playing with me.
What is that winning question?
“What can I do to move me towards my dream?”
That’s the question I asked myself every time when my mind was playing tricks on me. So the next time when you feel a bit of self-doubt and your mind is playing games with you just ask this question to yourself and you will win the games your mind is playing with you.
2.Win your family support:
My wife is my biggest supporter. In my opinion she is the world’s most supportive wife but it was not always like this before! We started far apart. My wife didn’t understand what I was doing and now all this time I was like “How can I make her understand what I’m doing so that we can actually make that connection and she can support me?”
Then I realised “Oh! My wife actually loves to research!” So, when I was doing my business, I was like “I need to understand this person’s funnel… that person’s funnel, what they’re doing and I was like you know what? Let me bring my wife on this journey with me!”
I started getting her to research other people’s funnels. Now, I could have done it myself but I got her to do it and that was a great thing because what happened is when she started researching she understood what I was doing and why I was doing it. That’s when our connection became stronger and we formed a deep connection and that’s when I realised another winning question!
So, whenever I couldn’t get support from my wife I asked myself a winning question and that winning question is:
“What can I give my wife to research today?”
Yes! That’s the question I started asking because in the research that she was doing she was actually getting closer to me and that’s how I got my support. So if you have a family that is not supporting you, then find out what question you can ask. Maybe this question I shared now, helps you too? Use it!
3.Win your clients over:
So, now I’ve got a business and I was like: “How do I win my clients over? What do I need to do?” Very soon I realised that my clients didn’t care about my products or services. What they really cared about is ‘their problems’ and that’s when I realised another winning question and when I asked this winning question to myself, my business grew by 564% !!!
The winning question is:
“What problems can I solve for my clients today?”
So if you’re trying to sign up more clients then you’re trying to win your clients. Focus on what is the problem you can solve for your clients. That’s what allowed me to win! Maybe this allows you to win as well. I know it will!!! So, give it a try.
CONCLUSION
So whenever you find yourself feeling stuck and you’re not sure what to do ask yourself this question how can I win today and remember when you ask yourself how can you win today, it has three parts like we discussed above! When you can answer all these three parts you will start winning.
